High School Healthcare Training
This limited time program offers high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to receive a high-demand healthcare certification while attending high school. The program is supported by a grant that covers the cost of instruction, supplies, and the certification exams.

Eastern is partnering with the West Virginia Department of Education and the West Virginia Community and Technical College System to offer this FREE training opportunity for high school juniors and seniors in Eastern's six-county service district in the Potomac Highlands.
Informational Sessions via Zoom
Informational sessions are planned for high school Juniors and Seniors who are interested in the high school Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician programs that will begin in January 2023.

Evening/Weekend Programs

Not a dual-enrollment program; coursework is in addition to regular high school coursework.
- Classes will only be held at Eastern's campus in Moorefield.
- Classes held two nights a week.
- One (1) semester program (January - May 2023)
Training prepares student for NHA certification (see information below about NHA exams).

- Classes held two nights a week (starting at 6 p.m.) and two Saturdays a month.
- One (1) semester program (January - May 2023)

Dual-Enrollment Program

Must be enrolled in C.N.A. program at one of the below-listed schools to be eligible for this dual-enrollment program.
