The JBS/Pilgrim’s College Development Program is a part-time co-operative is designed to give selected participants hands-on experience in their area of study at the Moorefield plant while pursuing an associate degree at Eastern.
After just six short months, program participants will be eligible for tuition assistance through the Better Futures Program offering by JBS/Pilgrim’s.
The College Development Program is a PAID internship (20 hours a week at $21/hour) with the opportunity for full-time employment at Pilgrim’s upon graduation. Learn while you earn!
