Nestled in the mountains of the Potomac Highlands, Eastern's Main Campus is located in Moorefield, West Virginia. Discovery centers are located throughout the service area, providing the opportunity for distance learning and increases the number of educational opportunities for the Potomac Highlands.

Eastern's main campus in Moorefield, West Virginia serves as the academic and administrative headquarters for the college.

The campus features state-of-the-art classrooms and lab spaces, computer labs, a student lounge, community classrooms, a career center, a solar canopy with solar charging stations, permeable pavers, and a Little Free Library, where members of the community can borrow or donate books.

Technology Training Center

Covering 3.3 acres in the Grant County Industrial Park next to the Petersburg Airport, Eastern’s 17,500 square-foot Technology Training Center offers hands-on training opportunities for technical jobs and careers that are in demand. Currently housing Eastern’s Wind Energy Turbine Technology, Automotive Technology, and Electromechanical Technology programs, the facility includes open lab space, a meeting/lecture area, and three spacious classrooms. An on-site, up-to-date computer lab gives students access to essential technical training equipment.

Agriculture Innovation and Advancement Office

The Agriculture Innovation and Advancement Office supports Eastern’s culture of innovation and expand upon the capabilities and services. The office provides services from the college's Agriculture Innovation department, Potomac Highlands Creative Economy, and the Potomac Highlands Food Co-op.

Discovery Centers and Educational Partners

Discovery Centers, in addition to the Main Campus, are located throughout the service area, operating as distance learning classrooms. This outreach allows the College to increase educational opportunities throughout its district.
