Lunch & Learn: Crucial and Courageous Conversations Training

On March 28, guest presenter, Justin L. Brown, will lead an interactive presentation on how to identify discriminatory practices in the workplace and start conversations around equality and inclusion.
Topics are presented in interactive scenarios, with realistic video scenarios, knowledge checks, and other assessments that prompt learners to think about their own assumptions, behaviors, and experiences.
This program will ask questions of:
How do we host a conversation such as this?
Who needs to be in the room?
What happens if something goes wrong?
All of this and more are explored in this training!
As we become aware of implicit biases and shed light on discriminatory practices, we have the opportunity (and responsibility) to become participants in the conversation around equality and inclusion.
