Moorefield, WV – December 17, 2025 — Tiffany Sentman has been named Recruiter of the Year at Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College (EWVCTC) in recognition of an exceptional year marked by outstanding recruitment results, academic achievement, and a record-breaking number of early entrance students.
During the past year, Tiffany achieved the highest number of early entrance students in EWVCTC history, significantly expanding access to college-level education for high school students across the region. This milestone reflects a strong commitment to student outreach, partnership building, and innovative recruitment strategies.
In addition to recruitment success, Tiffany also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) this year, further strengthening leadership, strategic planning, and student engagement efforts at the College.
Tiffany’s professional journey is especially meaningful, as EWVCTC is where her own academic journey began. Starting at a community college laid the foundation for continued academic and professional success.
