FREE TAX PREPARATION—VITA is for individuals and families with incomes under $66,000. Call (304) 434-8000 ext. 9262, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, to make an appointment. Taxes are prepared on-site on Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 7 PM. The last day to receive help preparing your taxes is Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Drop-offs will stop on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

CAMPUS ANNOUNCEMENT-Due to an uptick in COVID-related hospitalizations, if you are experiencing a fever, cough and/or other flu-like symptoms (sore throat, fatigue, runny nose, etc.), please consider getting a COVID test before coming to any Eastern location. Current CDC guidelines state that anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 can go back to normal activities when symptoms have improved for at least 24 hours and no fever even without taking fever-reducing medication like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
