Purpose:
The purpose of this RFP is to retain the services of an external evaluation service provider to establish a framework or model to measure the impact Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College’s Advising, Technology, Training, and Innovations (ATTAIN) student success program has on student retention and graduation
rates. ATTAIN is funded through a U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) grant.

Purpose:
The purpose of RFP NO. 14462 is to provide drone training to various entities, including first responders. This training will provide the necessary education to achieve Part 107 (Commercial Drone Certification). The Potomac Highlands of WV are a very remote, rural area with many hikers, tourists, backroads, etc. Local law enforcement and rescue agencies use drones to promote public safety. Our region encompasses six counties. Training will be offered at all locations.
Courses must provide attendees with the skills to operate UAS and develop the skill set for mission readiness and effectiveness. Students must receive hands-on flight training, maneuvers, accident scene reconstruction, search and rescue, night operations.

The bids will be awarded or rejected within 60 days after the end of the auction. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any and/or all formalities as it may deem in its best interest. The Owner reserves the right to make an award based on what is in the best interest of the college. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any parts thereof. All bids will remain on file for two years after the award.
