Fall semester begins
Monday, Aug. 22 marks the start of the Fall 2022 semester at Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College.
Students who are attending in-person classes will attend the first scheduled class session held during the week of Aug. 22 to 26 (for example, if a student is enrolled in a class that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, the first class meeting will be Tuesday, Aug. 23).
In-person classes are held at Eastern’s main campus in Moorefield (316 Eastern Drive), at the Technology Training Center in Petersburg (150 Providence Drive), in partnership with some area high schools (for high school early entrance students), and regional technical centers. Visit the College’s Locations web page to see all the sites where classes are held.
Please refer to the appropriate fall course schedule (for academic or workforce courses) to find the location, day, and time for courses.
For students enrolled in online, web-delivered classes (the course schedule will indicate WEB for those classes), the online class will be available on the Brightspace LMS as of 12:01 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 22. Students should log into Brightspace on Monday, Aug. 22 to begin coursework.
