Go With The Flow: 5-Session Yoga Series
March 13 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
This will incorporate gentle/beginner-level yoga and breathwork techniques to boost physical and mental health. Yoga and breathwork are great wellness skills that can be learned and used to increase flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, and breath capacity, all while reducing stress and anxiety. These fun and relaxing classes will teach participants easy techniques that can be used every day to improve overall health and well-being.
