About Our Foundation
A non-profit organization established in 2000, the Eastern West Virginia Community College Foundation's mission is to support Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College by helping to provide an accessible, quality education for traditional and non-traditional leaners in the college's service area.
General Information
The Eastern Foundation established in 2000, is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the state of West Virginia, exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes, as follows: to support, encourage and assist in the development and growth of the Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College and all phases of its program(s), to render service and assistance to the College, and through it to the citizens of the surrounding communities. The Foundation has a 501 (c) (3) tax exemption under the IRS.
