Baldwin Returns to Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College as Manager of Technology Services

Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College has hired William “Bill” Baldwin as the Manager of Technology Services. Baldwin is a native of Moorefield, West Virginia, where he currently resides.  

Baldwin served in the United States Navy and his highest rank was that of Division Leading Chief Petty Officer where he instructed nine different Under-Sea Warfare (USW) courses, graduated 475 officers and enlisted students in 78 classes, and managed the control and accountability of over 1,100 classified items. After his military service, Mr. Baldwin returned to Moorefield and received his college education from Eastern. 

Baldwin holds a Certificate in Computer Applications, an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Information Technology, and an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Business Management from Eastern. During his time as a student, Bill was a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society. 

In addition to his military experience, Baldwin has held numerous titles at Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College, including Access Center Advisor/Sub and IT Technician/Evening Coordinator. Most recently, Bill served as the Technology Systems Specialist at the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind.
