Weighing approximately 63,000 pounds, the nacelle was delivered on July 22 and houses all the generating components of a wind turbine. The nacelle will be incorporated into the Eastern’s Wind Energy Turbine Technology curriculum and provide students with the hands-on training they need to gain experience and be successful in their future careers.
