Academic Assessment Plan
The academic assessment plan serves as the evaluative mechanism facilitating ongoing review and oversight of the curriculum. The assessment plan has its basis in the institution’s mission and values as articulated in the Strategic Plan in accordance with existing policies and procedures. The assessment process assures consistency of course and program outcomes regardless of delivery modalities. The assessment initiative is an ongoing, shared and integrated process. Data alone cannot impact change or improve student learning and services. Interpretation of data, application of data analysis, and shared dialog moves Eastern toward enhancing student learning and student success opportunities.
